Who am I?
My full name is Odeliza Josephine Coelho Jacoba, I am a Christian American, wife, mother, and friend. I am an advocate for those that need a voice, for those women, children, and men that have been victims of domestic violence. In my first book, A Voice Shouting in the Wilderness, I give true detail accounts of my first hand experiences with a person that assaulted and abused me. I share my journey of how through it all, God provided a way for me to overcome the psychological and emotional abuse aftermath. My background is diplomacy, construction and architecture, I speak and am native in 7 languages, I am an engineering analyst, and senior construction project manager for over two decades. I have travelled the world in three different continents. My professional career trajectory was great, until my life and the lives of my children were completely disrupted and changed because of one person, a wicked and evil man. My trajectory is to lobby for peace, protection, and justice for all victims of domestic violence and abuse.

Kansas City Prosecuting Attorney's Statement
The abuser was allowed to file a claim/statement against me during the trials. One of his many attempts to disrupt my life and the lives of my children. He stated that I fled the state with his personal items. For the record his personal items are in his home on Randolph street and my employer's moving manefesto can confirm that I had no male possesions whatsoever. Further my employer relocated me to Kenucky to work out of the HQ /Engineering Department. This relocation was a requirement by my emoloyer.
The abuser stole my bank account numbers to create a flurry of confusion.
The abuser stated in his claim/statement that I was his girlfriend. In the slides that follow you will read that his claim/statement does not match with his IRS refund.
For the record, my earned income was more than double his earned income.

Direct Threat by the Abuser

During the time of my relocation to Kentucky, the abuser contacted me many times as referenced in my book. I refused to speak to this person, but he used his family to contact me. In the order of protection I clearly made a point that he can not use his family as a means to coerce me to do his bidding.
As you carefully read this text message from his mother. She starts off by stating that this message is from the abuser.
Another blatant disregard for the order of protection that was approved by a judge.
The abuser states that he went to the "house" and nothing was there.
Another statement that the abuser clearly did not think about when he stated that he went to his house on Randoph st.
As stated in my book, he broke into my house in the late of night. This can be proven with eye witnesses.
Blackmail attempts that this abuser successfully completed with the assistance of the existing legal system in Kansas City. In this communication, that was relayed by the abuser's mother, it states that the abuser will drop his threats if I dropped the order of protection against him. For the record, the Rolex he is referring to is my Rolex that was a Christmas present from my children's biological father many years ago. Further, the jewelry this abuser is referring to is costume jewelry that he ignorantly believes to hold any value. This statement made by him and further confirmed by his mother, displays the greed and attempt at harming me for stuff that has never belonged to him. Stuff over my freedom and safety.
Direct texts and emails such as these, are just one of many texts and emails that I have on hand that were sent by the abuser and his family.

1. During this time I was a single professional mother of two young children, their schools location was a school bus ride away from my place of residence. Common sense should dictate that I would not live in the abuser's house with his sister.
2. The abuser states that his things were missing from his house at Randolph Street. Common sense also dictates and the documents I have on this section and the next supporting sections proves the abuser's successful attempts at A. Abusive Controlling Behaviors towards me and B. Coercive Actions towards me, Manipulation, Slander, and Libel. The Prosecuting Attorney's office was well aware of their victim (myself) yet they accepted this claim. Something very dirty went on with them and the abuser.

To underscore the preposterous claims by the abuser, I want to share with you the many maintenance tickets I had to be present for and resolve with the address my children and I lived at which was 1303 95th Street. This is just one page of the maintenance reports I've had to deal with at our home.

What professional single mother would live with her two young children in a home that is roughly 30mins away from her children's school bus?
What professional single mother with two young children would ever live off of him and his sister's house? To even speak about how childish and ridiculous this claim is and how the prosecuting attorney filed it is beyond me. But, because I believe it is the "Time to Speak" the "Time" for A Voice to Shout in the Wilderness, I shall keep going and I will not stop.

In this section you can see that his sister lives at this house. For the record, I and my children have never lived at his sister's house.

To further underscore the place of residence statement made by the abuser, he states that his address is on Randolph St. According to my neighbors, this abuser broke into my home through the garage again. I had a restraining order / order of protection against him and he continued to violate this. While I and the relocation team were preparing for my relocation to Kentucky, he stalked me by waiting in the late night for an opportune time to break into my home.
He has committed this crime more than three times, I and my children being in our home while he has done this.

The Abuser states that I was "his girlfriend". Since this is his statement, why would he claim me in his tax return as his wife and my children as his children?
In his statement the abuser claimed that I lived at his house on Randolph street. If you carefully read the address listed on the IRS refund, he used my address as his place of residence at 1303 95th st.
Moreover, this abuser's bank account would confirm the deposit in the amount of $19,000 of IRS refund.

The abuser's claims are malevolent and purposely evil. He has stolen my childern's social secuirty numbers and my social secuirty number.
A Voice Shouting in the Wilderness
The utterance of a false statement under oath or affirmation. The Decalogue (Ten Commandments) forbids both the swearing of false oaths and the bearing of false testimony ( Exod 20:7 ; Exod 20:16 ; Deut 5:11 ; Deut 5:20 ; Lev 19:12 ; Jer 7:9 ).
The abuser uttered false statements about me as a way to stalk, control, disrupt, and attempt to destroy my professional career and life, all falling under acts of Domestic Violence and violating the 10 Commandments (Which the United States was founded on). Furthermore, the Kansas City Prosecuting Attorney's office, the very same office that was supposed to protect me and defend me from the abuser's violence, assault, and attempt to murder me and my children, allowed this abuser to create this perjury. For the simple fact that the Kansas City Prosecuting attorney did not spend the time to look further into the abuser's claims underscores how the legal system does not care. That these people are co-partners with the abuser in some way, or are part of the good old boys club, and or are just going through the motions of their job.
To be very clear, this abuser has my personal bank account numbers and my and my children's social security numbers. He added me as co-signer to his credit cards and used my bank account to pay off his credit cards. Furthermore, I do not know of or have any knowledge of his claims on any particular check/s. As stated, he has accessed and used my personal bank account. Common sense dictates that since this abuser has access to my personal bank account, my and my children's' social security numbers, and our birthdates, he used it to steal our identities.
I want to be very clear that before this abuser entered my life I did not have any negative records on my background. Now, I have this claim that the Kansas City Prosecuting filed on behalf of the abuser and complete and utter destruction of my credit report / score.
To this day, the abuser has contacted me, threatened me, stalked me, blackmailed me, and has used my social security number for his gain, by opening bank accounts, credit cards, and even other online accounts.
We have had to spend countless days clearing my name and filing for reports to this day. All amounting in absolute disruption of our lives, my life and my identity.
